Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year. This year, all physical forms must be submitted online through athleticclearance.com. Forms for the physician can be downloaded in the links/form section, and taken to the doctor to have the student athlete cleared. After the form has been signed, please upload it to the athleticclearance.com site. The clearance will be reviewed by the Athletic office, and once approved you will recieve an email notificiation that the studnet is allowed to participate.
We have been approved by the County to begin Fall Sports on Monday, July 6th. We will start with Varsity returners, JV to follow, and then on July 20th all incoming Freshmen for FALL 2020 Sports Only!
Every Student MUST have a physical to begin as well as an Emergency Care Card. All paperwork can be found on the Lompoc Athletics Website @ https://lompocathletics.olinesports.com/links.php
You can find the blue physical card, physical paperwork, emergency care card and a link to load your physical as well.
We will host zoom meetings, by Sport, this Thursday/Friday. During this meeting information on entering and exiting the campus, temperature checks, and other safety topics will be discussed as well as what is expected. I will update this page daily so be on the look out for your Meeting ID/Password on Zoom, as well as flyers from each sport.
I know this is an unusual time for all of us. We are in fact "inventing the wheel" so please be patient with us.
As of today the Fall Sports that will start on July 6th are Varsity Football, Varsity Volleyball, Boys and Girls Cross Country, Varsity Water Polo, Varsity Girls Golf, and Varsity Spiritleaders. Varsity Tennis will start on July 20th.

Please note that we are doing everything possible, within the guidelines, to give our students the safest environment at this time.
